2013 Visol
First produced in 1945, the 'Visol', translating as, 'wine on its own', was the first zero dosage, Brut Nature Cava. The recently released, 2013 vintage, combines the same enticing, floral, apple and fresh and dried apricot fruits with a fabulous focus and vibrant, saline, minerality. Gloriously balanced with a refreshing acidity and long stylish finish.

2017 Elena
The 2013 Elena was produced from a blend of indigenous varieties comprising, 40 % Trepat, 30% Monastrell and 30% Garnacha, the base wine was vinified and matured in barrel for 4 months before bottling, then aged over 42 months sur latte. Indeed, this is the only rose Cava, matured in cask. Like Vilmart's Cuvee Rubis. There is nothing insipid or confected about this amazingly stylish and complex wine. Bone dry on the palate, with floral and red fruit aromas, combined with hints of pastry and subtle balsamic nuances, there is a glorious freshness of fruit on the palate with the depth to shine throughout a meal.

2008 Clos Nostre Senyor
The Clos Nostre Senyor really shows the distinguished complexity of the extended ageing of these sensational Gran Reserva Cavas. Produced from a blend of 20% Macabeu, 60% Xarel-lo and 20% Parellada, from 60 year old bush vines, coming from the single vineyard of Clos Nostre Senoirâ, which gives the wine its name. The wine is vinified and aged for 10 months in chestnut casks, with the second fermentation in bottle, remaining sur latte for over 84 months! This is truly incredible, with intense aromas of brioche, dried fruit, fig and cocoa, which carry through to the creamy but vibrant and focussed palate. Fabulous length and finesse!
