Six Bottle Case containing 3 bottles each of -

2012 Visol
First produced in 1945, the ‘Visol’, translating as, ‘wine on its own’, was the first zero dosage, Brut Nature Cava. The recently released, 2012 vintage, combines floral and apple and fresh and dried apricot fruits, together with enticing complexities of baked bread, honey, vanilla and hints of balsamic. Gloriously balanced with a long stylish finish.

2013 Elena
The 2013 Elena was produced from a blend of indigenous varieties comprising, 60 % Treoat, 20% Monastrell and 20% Garnacha, the base wine was vinified and matured in barrel for 4 months before bottling, then aged over 42 months sur latte. Indeed, this is the only rose Cava, matured in cask. Like Vilmart’s Cuvee Rubis. There is nothing insipid or confected about this amazingly stylish and complex wine. Bone dry on the palate, with floral and red fruit aromas, combined with hints of pastry and subtle balsamic nuances, there is a glorious freshness of fruit on the palate with the depth to shine throughout a meal.
