The Grand Cellier has had a minimum of 3 years in bottle before degorgement, with the blend being the exact opposite of the Reserve (70% Chardonnay. 30% Pinot). Much more lemongrass and citrus based on the nose and palate, encircled constantly by a luscious creamy, butteriness. On the back are slightly racier notes along with spices and ginger adding depth and complexity galore and the smooth mousse and lifting acidity balances everything perfectly.
Once you start a glass of Grand Cellier…. The battle is already lost…. There's no way you’re not finishing it! Pure, harmonious and with the perfect balance of breadth and tension. This would make for the perfect partner for fish dishes and white meats such as veal.
