This is Mas Combaerla's signature wine that offers real aromatic
complexity on mineral notes of ink and graphite.
Concentrated, dense and chalky soft texture. Complex
mouth of olive tapenade, cassis, garrigue herbs. Its
balance and long finish presage a nice potential for the
future.
The name ‘Ode Aux Ignorants’ is a tribute to the graphic
novel “Les Ignorants” (“The Initiates” in English, by
Etienne Davodeau). The book relates the story of a new
winegrower sharing a year of his life. It made Olivier
Faucon realise making wine was a crazy dream,
however achievable, even for the outsider that he was !
It inspired him and that’s how it all started in 2013, it
gave birth to Mas Combarèla’s first vintage in 2016.

We deliver to most of the UK within one to two working days using specialist wine couriers London City Bond.
Click and collect not available for wine
Wine is shipped directly from our bonded warehouse so unfortunately you can't use Click and Collect for wine.

At the checkout you can leave instructions for the courier to deliver to a neighbours address or left in a safe place around your home if you are out. You can also send to an alternative address such as your work.

Delivery outside the UK
For all delivery destinations outside of the UK - although your order is not subject to UK VAT it will be subject to the local taxes and duties of your country.
