Adel Rouze

We have long admired and previously worked with the beautifully crafted Quincy wines of Jacques Rouze and was hence delighted to be introduced to those of his daughter, Adele. Following her studies in viticultural law, Adele Rouze returned to follow her passion in viticulture and vinification creating her own domaine in 2003, close to that of her parents. Adele has certainly learnt her craft well from her father, with her wines sharing the same pure expression and intensity and stylish balance. Adèle makes her wine in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats and keeps the wine on its lees until bottling. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is fresh and fruity with notes of white flowers and citrus fruits. Enjoy with a beet and goat cheese salad or pan-fried trout.
