In 2005, Gérard assumed the mantle of the domaine, guided by his passion and craftsmanship. Today, his daughter Marion joins him in the cellar and fields, bringing a new generation's perspective to the winemaking process. Gérard's quiet humility allows the wines to speak for themselves, from exuberant youthful aromas to the velvety smoothness of aged bottles, some resting for 10, 20, or even 30 years. Handcrafted with unwavering dedication, Raphet Burgundy embodies tradition and authenticity. Vines averaging over a century in age are meticulously hand-harvested, fermented on indigenous yeasts, and aged for 18 months in predominantly older French oak barrels. The wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered, ensuring the purest expression of the terroir.

As usual, the wines will be bottled without fining or filtration.
