Produced from a blend of Clairette, Rolle and very old Ugni Blanc vines, the nose offers beautiful aromas of summer blossom, ripe peach fruits and honeysuckle, with hints of white pepper behind. Dry and intense on the palate, with tantalizingly clean, ripe, white peach fruit, a vibrant minerality and refreshing lift of acidity. Super concentration and focus, with impressive length and elegantly, refreshing finish. Perfect as an aperitif, to enjoy with fish, poultry and summer salads or even just by the glass sitting in the sun..!
Two bottles x 2016 Le Chemin Rouge AC Cotes de Provence
A classic blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre, the Le Cemin displays an invitingly, fragrant bouquet, with sweet, ripe black and berry fruits and subtle spices. Wonderfully pure and expressive on the palate, with layers of sweet berry fruit supported by a fine tension of ripe, integrated tannin and fine balance of acidity. Full of Provencal charm and real finesse. A harmoniously balanced wine which will accompany most meat dishes. A great partner with lamb or Ratatouille dishes.
Two bottles x 2016 Cotes de Provence Rouge 'Ursus'
Produced from an exceptionally concentrated plot of Syrah, with a hint of Mouvedere, the Ursus is an expressive and powerful, classic Southern French red. Deep garnet red in the glass. The nose is very aromatic with powerful notes of black cherry and blackberry, enhanced by a pretty array of spices, earthy notes and leather. The wine expands nicely in the mouth, the silky tannins are well integrated with a structured body, a nice intensity, while retaining an appreciable freshness. This is a voluptuous wine, with great precision, length and depth. A beauty that can be drunk now or kept back for around 10 years.

Wine is shipped directly from our bonded warehouse so unfortunately you can't use Click and Collect for wine.
