Vilmart Grand Cellier Jeroboam Raffle

Fancy winning yourself a Jeroboam (equivalent to 4 standard bottles) sized bottle of Vilmart's Grand Cellier? Well here is your opportunity, but first, here is a little bit about the Champagne itself.

The Grand Cellier has had a minimum 3 years bottle ageing prior to degorgement and the blend is the exact opposite of the Reserve (70% Chardonnay. 30% Pinot), the stylistic difference is clear. Much more lemongrass and citrus based on the nose and palate, encircled at all times by a luscious creamy and butteriness. On the back there are slightly racier notes here, spices and ginger add depth and complexity galore and the smooth mousse and lifting acidity balances everything perfectly. Once you start a glass of Grand Cellier…. The battle is already lost…. There's no way you’re not finishing it! Pure, harmonious and with the perfect balance of breadth and tension. This would make the perfect partner to fish dishes and whiter meats such as veal.

All you have to do to win the Jeroboam is to purchase a raffle ticket, it couldn't be easier. The winning ticket will be drawn at random out of the magic ice-bucket during our Champagne & Fizz tasting on the 13th of December.
