This set comes with the 2016 Coeur de Cuvée, one of the top wines from Vilmart. An 80/20 Chardonnay, Pinot Noir mix, this cuvée beguiles you with rich notes of brioche and hazelnut on the palate, followed by subtle notes of vanilla and dried fruits with a little citrus lingering in the background. A stunning long aged fortified Moscatel de Setubal! Aged for two years in vat and 5 years in French oak, with intense, complex aromas and flavours of dried fruits, nuts and honey. Elegantly balanced with super depth and long, sweet finish. Delicious on its own or with the festive pudding or cake and chocolate desserts too and would also be a great alternative to Port, to enjoy with the cheese.
