1 x 2020 Cremant de Loire ‘Loire Gold’

Liv Vincendeau’s ‘Loire Gold’ is a delicious brut nature crémant from the incredibly schist rich soils of Rochefort sur Loire. 100% Chenin Blanc, this is a pure, rich, mineral and elegant sparkling wine. The palate sings with vibrant quince, ripe apple and citrus fruits, accompanied by notes of caramel, bread crust and hazelnuts

1 x Premier Cru Champagne ‘Grand Cellier’

A delicious Champagne from one of the finest producers in the region. The Grand Cellier is a great introduction to the house style. A warm, open bouquet leads to a core of generous citrus and apricot fruits, on a creamy and biscuity palate, mixed with some smoky and floral nuances. Great density, complexity and mouth-watering acidity!

2 x 2018 Blanc Fume de Pouilly 'La Moynerie'

A fanastic Sauvignon from Pouilly Fume. Round and deep on the palate, with the flinty Sauvignon fruit of Pouilly and saline minerality. Great concentration, but not at all heavy, with a lovely lift of acidity and impressive length.

2 x 2021 Beaune Blanc 'Montée Rouge'

This is a delightfully delicate Beaune, with a floral nose (white flowers, acacia, honeysuckle), notes of fresh almonds and slightly spicy (cinnamon) accents. A glistening pale gold in colour, the palate is alluring, silky and very delicately textured, with peaches and nectarines coming through. The mouth feel is buttery smooth and the finish is clean and long.

2 x 2021 Beaune Rouge 'Montee Rouge'

This brilliant ruby-red Beaune has a seductive nose, singing with delicious summer fruit (cherries, raspberries, blackcurrants). The palate has a wonderful intensity and attack, whilst remaining silky smooth and refined. Enticing notes of rasperberries, kirsch and spices (paprika, gunflint, grey pepper) sing through clean and harmoniously integrated and balanced.

2 x Domaine Porte Rouge - Chateauneuf du Pape Tradition

This is a unctuous and wonderfully approachable youthful Chateauneuf du Pape. It is juicy and ripe with elegant aromas of strawberries, raspberries, wild flowers and spice. It is medium bodied on the palate, with supple and silky tannins and an elegant style with fine, integrated tannins, good complexity and length.

1 x 1998 Coteaux du Layon Les Onnis

As extraordinary 25-year-old Coteaux du Layon, from some of the finest vineyards in the region, brimming with luscious candied and zesty citrus fruits, exotic notes of marmalade & apricots, with a subtle hint of ginger on the back, on a well refined and mineral palate with ample freshness.

1 x 2009 Moscatel D.O. Reserva

A stunning long aged fortified Moscatel de Setubal! Aged for two years in vat and 5 years in French oak, with intense, complex aromas and flavours of dried fruits, nuts and honey. Elegantly balanced with super depth and long, sweet finish. Delicious on its own or with the festive pudding or cake and chocolate desserts too and would also be a great alternative to Port, to enjoy with the cheese.
